I was suffering from mild ED and premature ejaculation, so I was searching the internet for a good solution when I found this product. I've never used Cialis, which contains tadalafil, so I can't compare it, but it lasts as long as they say it does. Not only does it ensure an erection, it also significantly extends the time until ejaculation, so I think it's a drug that I would highly recommend to anyone with the same problem as me.
