As other reviews have said, the effect is 100%. After the second time, it is difficult to get it. The only side effects are diarrhea, dizziness, and vomiting, which may vary from person to person. You can expect more effects than that. I think it is not recommended to take it with alcohol, but I drink it every time.

I've tried many different types, but this is the first time I've had such severe side effects.
I took one tablet because I had tried others, but the next morning I nearly collapsed from dizziness when standing up. I then took half a tablet and no longer got dizzy, but I still have heartburn and fatigue the next day.
I have no complaints about the effect.

I was surprised at how effective it was. I got an erection for sure, and the time it took to ejaculate was completely different.
